CARES Program
Dade Family CARES partners with Carleon to provide intensive homebased interventions to avert emergency room visits and inpatient hospital stays of youth throughout Dade County, Florida.
Our experienced clinical team will engage youth and families to be part of the treatment process to create a plan that is holistic, individualized and trauma informed.
Each youth receives daily in-home clinical support provided by master's level and/or licensed clinicians. Our team utilizes a strength-based approach that is grounded in evidence-based practices.
