Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
We offer Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PSR), a Medicaid-based service, which provides a supportive, stable and structured program utilizing a community reintegration approach as an opportunity to maximize the client's potential based on skills, abilities and rehabilitation needs. We have both adolescent and adults PSR.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation is:

An organized set of interventions that includes skills training, peer support, vocational rehabilitation, and community resource development.

Targeted to those with major functional impairments equivalent to severe, persistent mental illness.

Therapeutic behavioral services, individual counseling, family counseling/education and crisis management as needed.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurances.
